All of our packages arrive in plain packaging with no reference to BST or The Boudoir group.
The return address label does not feature our company name and there is no other reference to our company or the contents of your parcel.
Our UK parcels are delivered by Royal mail for your convenience
Standard Delivery 1st class Recorded, is between 1-5 working days (95% of our deliveries arrive in 3 days). In exceptional circumstances delivery can take up to 7 working days. The standard delivery charge is £3.50.
Special delivery is next day before 1:00pm if ordered before 3:00pm
Standard Delivery is free for orders of £30 and over (excluding destinations outside of the UK)
Delivery to European destinations costs £6.50
Delivery to non-European destination costs £10.00
